Meeting to Discuss 400 Block of Anacapa Street Conversion

As a result of the existing one-way configuration of the 400 block of Anacapa Street, officials have identified the need to convert this area into a two-way street. The conversion would improve access to the north and east and reduce the number of vehicles needing to turn from Gutierrez Street onto State Street, resulting in fewer conflicts between those vehicles and crossing pedestrians.
