The City is replacing aging water main infrastructure on Palm Avenue, including piping, valves, and hydrants, in order to maintain the quality and reliability of water service. Construction will begin on January 31 with an expected duration of approximately 1 month, weather permitting. The construction zone will involve Palm Avenue from Santa Barbara Street to Garden Street.
