(Video) The City's Fleet Division was recently recognized as one of the top 5 performing fleets in the entire nation by The 100 Best Fleets in the Americas program, which recognizes peak-performing fleet operations. In its first ever entry, Santa Barbara's Fleet Division placed 5th in the nation.
