WHAT TO EXPECT: During the weeks of May 18th and May 25th, 2026, Insituform Technologies, a contractor performing work on behalf of the City, will be rehabilitating sewer mains overnight in the locations provided below and on the map. The work will utilize trenchless rehabilitation technology where a pipe liner is inserted into the existing sewer main with minimal to no excavation. Construction will take place Monday through Thursday, 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. at the following locations:
- Monday, May 18: 1000 Olive Street & 1000 Rinconada Street
- Tuesday, May 19: 300 E. Canon Perdido St.
- Wednesday, May 20: 700 Olive Street
- Thursday, May 21: 1400 Clifton Street
- Tuesday, May 26: 10 San Roque Road (not shown on map)
- Wednesday, May 27: 1200 Alta Vista Road
Insituform Technologies will take measures to minimize noise and disruptions at each work location. Residents whose sewer lateral connections may be affected will receive a separate notice at least 72 hours in advance requesting that they limit water use during the rehabilitation work. Impacted streets may have traffic restrictions, but local traffic will be allowed to pass; please adhere to posted traffic control and parking restriction signs. Residents will have access to their driveways, but there may be temporary delays.
