State Street Fire Lane Compliance

City staff will work with businesses and property owners over the coming weeks, to adjust temporary outdoor dining and retail facilities to establish a 20-foot fire lane on the State Street Promenade between Haley and Victoria Streets. The Economic Recovery Extension and Transition Ordinance requires compliance with this important fire code requirement, no later than March 8. City staff will visit each of the affected businesses February 8 through 10 and February 15 through 17. View the 20-foot fire lane maps for each block of the promenade here.
