Authored on
Body

In an ongoing effort to improve the community's water safety, the Parks and Recreation Department will offer reduced-cost lifeguard certification courses in March and May. While the average training and certification cost is around $200, City residents can take the multi-day course for $50 and leave with American Red Cross certifications in lifeguarding, CPR, AED, and first aid.
