Objective Design and Development Standards for Review and Upcoming Planning Commission Meeting

The Final Draft Objective Design and Development Standards (ODDS) are now available for review. On Thursday August 8, 2024, the Planning Commission will receive staff’s presentation and consider a recommendation to City Council on adoption of the Title 25 Objective Design and Development Standards and related amendments to the Title 30 Zoning Ordinance.
