Land Development Permit Center Lobby Hours Extended

To better align in-person service hours across the City organization, walk-in counter hours for the Land Development Permit Center at 630 Garden Street are being extended on Wednesdays until 5:00 p.m. (instead of 12:00 noon). This will be implemented for the Public Works, Planning, and Building & Safety public counters.

Starting the week of Monday, October 7th the new open lobby hours will be:

  • Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays: 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon
  • Wednesdays: 8:30am to 5:00pm

Drop-off/pick-up hours and other remote counter services, such as virtual appointments, phone, and email, continue to be available Monday - Thursday, and alternating Fridays, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
