The City's Human Services and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs allocate funds to help support local non-profit organizations that provide social services to low and moderate-income residents. Funding recommendations are formulated by the Community Development and Human Services Committee (CDHSC) after an intensive and thorough review of submitted applications and grant progress reports. These funding recommendations are outlined in the 2024-2025 Funding Recommendation Report.  The report also describes the funding process and contains summaries of the applications that were received during the funding cycle.

CDHSC recommendations will be presented to Council for approval Tuesday, March 19, 2024. View the City Council Meeting Agenda.
