ALL TIME OFF REQUESTS ARE DUE 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE BEGINNING OF THE TIME PERIOD REQUESTED.  SEE DUE DATE REQUEST DEADLINES AT ABOVE LINK.  
  • TIME OFF REQUESTS MAY NOT BE APPROVED DEPENDING ON OPERATIONAL NEEDS.
  • NEW HIRES MUST SUBMIT TIME OFF REQUESTS REGARDLESS IF IT'S LISTED ON YOUR APPLICATION.
  • IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO COVER SCHEDULED SHIFTS YOU NEED TIME OFF FOR.
  • CALL THE OFFICE (DO NOT TEXT) AT LEAST 2 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR SHIFT TO INFORM THE COORDINATOR ON DUTY THAT YOU ARE SICK AND UNABLE TO WORK.
