Vision Zero State Street Undercrossing Project Construction Begins Next Month

The State Street undercrossing of Highway 101 is getting a major facelift, as the Vision Zero State Street Undercrossing Project is set to begin in early October. The Project connects the City’s two most active transportation-oriented neighborhoods: Downtown and the Waterfront. After many years of collaboration, an aesthetically pleasing design was developed reflective of the community, that will include improved lighting.
