Landlords Needed for the Countywide Emergency Voucher Program

The Housing Authority of the City of Santa Barbara is providing Emergency Housing Vouchers to house people experiencing homelessness throughout the County. Landlords are encouraged to become part of the solution to end homelessness by participating in the program. Incentives including a signing bonus for each voucher leased, a security deposit, a mitigation insurance fund and 3 years of supportive services are available.
