Permit Applications Obtained from Accounts Receivable Office

Download and complete the full PDF of the business permit application below. Once complete, attach the single PDF to an email and send it to AccountsReceivable@SantaBarbaraCA.gov. City Staff will advise you on the next steps. Permit applications may take up to 8 weeks for full review.
