Proposed discretionary projects require environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). While many projects fall under CEQA exemptions, some projects require the preparation of an environmental document.

Below are links to all of the Draft Environmental Documents in the Planning Division including Draft Mitigated Negative Declarations (MNDs) and Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs) that have not yet been adopted.
