What We Do

  • We promote and facilitate affordable housing ownership for various income categories. We work with the local housing authority and other entities to regulate affordable multi-family rental units.
     
  • We manage the Human Services and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs which award grants to help support local non-profit organizations that provide social services to low- and moderate-income residents.
     
  • We are dedicated to resolving rental housing disputes by offering mediation services and information on Landlord-Tenant rights and responsibilities through the Rental Housing Mediation Program.
