Building & Fire Code Board of Appeals

Established in 1983, the BOA hears appeals on decisions by the Chief Building Official or the Fire Chief related to Building Code, Floodplain Management Standards and Fire Code. There are up to 7 members & at least 2 members with disabilities must be present for appeals related to Accessibility.
