            Please note: It is assumed that the DSPS is already offline before this SOP begins.

            1. Put Recycled Water Emergency Backup Pumping System into operation. a.       Open the DSPS panel cover and locate and flip the Recycled Water Emergency Backup Pump breaker switch {tag no. 1603BKR6100}.   The switch has a white mark and is labeled “Power Loss Backup Pump”. The WWTP is now receiving Recycled Water directly from the Reservoir.  2.       Isolation of the Recycled Water Distribution System from the WWTP Recycled Water System a.      No valve manipulation is required because there is a ball check valve in between the Distribution Pump Station and the Plant Recycled Water Distribution System.   |
