The City’s new customer water usage portal, WaterSmart, will provide City water customers with the ability to track hourly water use, receive leak alerts, compare usage to similar households, and receive recommendations on how to reduce water use.
The WaterSmart customer portal is currently under construction and is not yet available to every City water customer. The City anticipates WaterSmart will become available to all City account holders in early 2024.
