Council and City departments in matters of law pertaining to the functioning of the City. |

the quality of life, promote a sound economic base and appropriate design, and ensure safe
construction, all in balance with the constraints of the City’s environment and resources. |

| Mission: We, the members of the Santa Barbara City Fire Department, dedicate our efforts to provide for the safety and welfare of the public through preservation of life, property, and the environment.
